1、DSP Engineer

Dolby’s audio technologies are implemented in smartphones, tablets, PCs, set-top boxes, TVs, Cinema of global technology providers. Most people use Dolby technologies every day without knowing about it.   
This position provides the opportunity to build the most advanced technologies. You will work with leading scientists and apply the most advanced theory to practice. The position focuses on implementing different kinds of audio signal processing technologies including audio codec, audio processing, audio algorithm optimizations, etc. It requires brilliant ideas to implement in a way considering complexity and memory restricts. As a part of an international team, the software engineer will work closely with other Dolby colleagues in US, Germany, Australia and Poland. It requires collaborative interactions with different functional divisions within the company.     
Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience: o   
o    B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable field, relevant work experience highly desired, but not strictly required o   
o    Highly skilled in C/C++ programming language o   
o    Very good understanding of audio and digital signal processing technologies o   
o    Strong personal interest in sound technologies o   
o    Independent, self-motivated person requiring minimal supervision o   
o    Complex problem solving skills o   
o    Fluent in Chinese and English. Excellent communication skills o

o    Experience of embedded development (Porting and Optimization) o

该职位需要在杜比实验室位于中国北京的工程部门工作。该职位的主要工作重心是将杜比的音频技术引入到诸如ARM内核或TI数字信号处理系统（TI DSP）等嵌入式平台之中。 该职位要求对于信号处理算法和定点算法的优化，以及汇编语言的运用有深刻的了解，并对DSP和其他通用嵌入式系统架构有很好的掌握。

候选人将成为北京工程团队的一员，与杜比在美国、德国与澳大利亚的其它工程团队密切合作。 我们期待候选人能够逐步积累关于杜比高效音频引擎的专业知识。在国际环境中工作，要求候选人有良好的书面和口头英语交流技能。  
要求具备的教育背景、技能、能力、与经验  
电气工程、计算机科学或类似领域的理科学士或硕士。  
具备将信号处理算法引入至嵌入式平台并进行优化的1-2年专业经验。理科学士必须符合该条件，理科硕士如符合该条件，将优先考虑录用。  
Windows和Linux环境下的C/C++编程技能。  
了解如何开发和调试嵌入式模拟器/硬件设备。  
具有出色的英语口头和书面交流技能。  
能够在规定时限内完成工作。  
能够掌握至少一门汇编语言。符合该条件将优先考虑录用。  
掌握脚本语言，如Perl 或 Python。符合该条件，将优先考虑录用。  
熟悉嵌入式实时操作系统。符合该条件，将优先考虑录用。  
   
2、Senior/Staff Researcher (Voice and Signal Processing Research)  
Overview：  
This position is in the Research Organization of Dolby Laboratories and is located in Beijing, China. The position focuses on the creation of voice and communication signal processing technologies including the whole range of research from the underlying theoretical concepts to the development of prototypes that provide a proof of concept. As a part of an international team, the staff engineer research will work on ideas exploring new horizons in the voice and audio processing, analysis, replay and organization. The researcher is responsible for performing fundamental new research, transfer technology to product groups, and draft patent applications.  
Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:  
o    Master Degree or Ph.D. degree or Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or another related field. Plus 2-4 years of relevant experience in an industrial Research environment required for candidates with Master Degree, highly desired for applicants with Ph.D. degree.  
o    Demonstrated ability to create fundamentally new, novel (patentable) signal processing technologies and algorithms  
o    Proficient in advanced theory and application of signal processing techniques  
o    Work experience in international teams.  
o    Proficient in advanced theory and application of signal processing techniques  
o    Experience in working in cross-continental teams   
o    Team-oriented work ethic   
o    Strong personal interest sound technologies and in learning, researching, and creating relevant new technologies with high commercial impact

教育、技能、能力和经验：   
硕士或博士学位，具有行业研究环境相关工作经验者优先，但不强制要求  
有能力开发全新的先进（可申请专利的）信号处理技术和算法。  
在信号处理技术的理论和应用方面十分熟练。  
在C/C++语言和Matlab编程方面拥有高超的技巧。  
在声音技术以及学习、研究和开发具有强大商业影响的相关新技术方面有浓厚的个人兴趣  
独立、进取，能在无人监督的情况下完成工作  
能够以创新型产品方案的形式构想新型技术的应用方向。有良好的团队精神，能够在跨洲际团队中工作。  
对普通声学有出色理解  
中英文流利。出色的沟通技巧。
