About the Position

Business Coordinator (Intern)

Business Unit:
Surface Mining

Reports to:
Manager, Aftermarket Support

Location:
Beijing

Major Responsibilities

·
Assistance with the daily office administrative affairs.

·
Help with organizing of internal and external activities.

·
Translate or interpret as required.

·
Help with goods imported and exported as required.

·
Assistance with the arrangement related to foreign visitors.

·
Other team work supporting & emergency case handling.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Undergraduate student or postgraduate student, majored in English or International Trade.

Language Requirements: Excellent English skills, both in written and spoken.

Others:

Abundant social practice experience.

Familiar with office software.

Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Good executive ability.
