Chinese Technical Engineer (full-time scholarship or employment)
In charge of giving pre-sales and post-sales support to Chinese customers. Identify their needs, understand their projects and provide them the most suitable configurations and equipments.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Second-stage meetings with customer´s engineers to identify and understand their project. Offering solutions to those projects using technologies implemented in our devices and suggesting a way to do that. (25%)
2. Contact the customer´s engineers and help them to integrate our networking products. (25%)
3. Give initial configurations and project support to customers. (25%)
4. Studying Teldat´s products and configuring demo scenarios to show that the products are useful for different scenarios. (25%)

Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
- Technical Engineer – Communications/Computer Science/ Electrical Engineer
- Experience: 1 year is preferred
- Chinese National with high English level.
- Device manager, with leadership, strong team-work, not afraid to take responsibilities, reaction and decision making in complex situations ability, initiative, tolerant to high levels of activity, sociable.
- Knowledge of internetworking protocols and technologies.
- Experience in technical support of communications equipments such as Teldat, Cisco, Juniper, 3Com, Maipu, Fourfaith, Superbee, Huawei… is a plus
- Experience with remote-tools such as remote-desktop or other remote protocols to manage incidence on client is a plus
- Experience in commercial support tasks and technical-customer oriented is a plus
- Specific Technological courses of CISCO, JUNIPER y NORTEL is a plus.
- Network knowledge and Frame Relay, ATM is a plus.
- Basic Internet protocols t (TCP / IP, BGP, ISIS,EIGRP, etc.) and MPLS.
- Virtual Private Network (VPN) over MPLS knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge in Internet security is a plus.

Working Conditions: Good working conditions, possibility to get a good variable depending on performance of the company and the success of the projects he is involved. Salary according to the value of the candidate. If there is no experience and internship is also possible.
